ECU Annual Training Program – Blitz Tournament
Regulations
The entry is open to all ages and categories.
Tournament will be held on Swiss System of 9 rounds.
Time control for each game will be 5 minutes + 3 seconds increment.
All players must first create account on chess.com

Once your request to join will be approved, you will be able to join the tournament using this link: https://bit.ly/2KW2kJO
Each player must individually join the event from his registered account.
Prizes
1st Place – Free entrance (worth 80 EURO) for “Improve your chess” – Online Training Program
1st to 10th Place on general standings: Simultaneous match against GM Alojzije Jankovic that will be held on 24th of January at 11:00 am CET on lichess.org

Top 3 players from Level 1: Book – “The power of tactics 1” (by GM Mikhalchishin & IM Sakelsek)

Fair-play
All registrations will be done through the chess.com website.
It is forbidden to use any assistance from electronic devices during the game and the match rate will be automatically checked through chess programs via the website.
All participants must be ready through the site 10 minutes before the start of the tournament. By competing in this event, you are agreeing that your real (legal) name be shown while your games are in progress. You are also agreeing to abide by all rules and site policies found at Chess.com/legal, and that you will cooperate fully with Chess.com’s fair play detection team. Should your play be found too suspicious to warrant playing for prizes, you may be removed from the tournament while it is in progress.
