TOURNAMENT SYSTEM Swiss System, FIDE rules, 9 rounds.

TIME CONTROL 90 minutes + 30 seconds increment per move. All three tournaments will be rated for FIDE rating purposes.

ELIGIBILITY Players who have registered in advance and meet the following rating requirements are eligible to participate:

A Tournament: Elo rating 2200 and above

B Tournament: Elo rating 1601-2299 Players rated 2200-2299 may choose between the A and B Tournaments. C Tournament: Elo rating up to 1600
